The assessment allows us to isolate any problem areas – remember pain is usually the last sign of an underlying problem. Our day to day lives tend to lead us to poor posture which over time can lead to dysfunction within the body (pain). During the free assessment you will advised of these findings and may be given tips to help improve your posture and quality of life.
