Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle, hands‑on treatment. Your therapist uses light touch on areas like your head, spine, and lower back to help release tension. The aim is to support the natural flow of fluid around your brain and spinal cord, which may help your body relax and heal.

Myofascial Cranial Release
