COVID-19 Update

We are open but have made some changes within the clinic to enable us to follow government guidelines. – For one, our practitioners will be in PPE, so don’t be scared when you enter the building there is still a friendly human underneath all of it.

We request that you DO NOT come into the clinic unless you have an appointment. If you need to book an appointment or need some advice you will need to call us or book in online.

Before you are allowed to come in for an appointment you are required to complete our Covid risk assessment form, a link to which will be emailed to you when you book your appointment (You must complete this form before attending the clinic), the form will go through a list of questions to identify if anyone is at risk, checking if you have any signs  of Covid-19 or been in contact with anyone that has. This is known as level 1 triage.

If we are both happy to continue and you have read and understood the Covid-19 risk and assessment consent form available to you at time of booking or by request, we will then be able to see you face to face.

Next is level 2 triage, you need to put your mask on before entering the clinic. Once inside the clinic your temperature will be taken and you will also be asked to sign the consent form (As detailed above) that hopefully you have read and understood the day before. If you pass all these steps you will, once you have washed your hands, finally be allowed into the treatment room.

We can then proceed with the rest of the consultation as normal…… you may be asked to leave through the back door if the next person is waiting in reception.

Please note that advice is changing all the time and we shall act in the best interests of our patients, therapists and there families.

Any updates or changes will be first published on our Facebook page.
